Durability
The service life of the pipes once installed is 100 years old, under normal operation, and at an average temperature of 23°C (buried).
Resistance in difficult areas
Thanks to the properties of the pipes, these can be used on non-flat land because they are not fragile or rigid bends adjusting to the contour of natural terrain.
Flexibility
The great flexibility of the pipes makes it possible for the considerable decrease of accessories by directions changes, this feature allows pipes to flex to a radius of curvature of 20 to 40 times his diameter as well, can absorb the majority of impacts and movements that every pipe suffers during his useful life.
Lightness
As the pipes are made of light material (HDPE), this allows his easy handling and speed in the installation
Our machinery
We have 7 European extrusion lines, fully automatic recently acquired (less than 3 years), which already have the las technological advances to take maximum care o the properties of the resin and increase the pipe life. In Mexico, we have a greater production capacity of polyethylene, with experience in pipe manufacturing of more than 30 years
Type of union
Pipes when manufactured with polyethylene high density can be joined by mechanical elements, by thermos-fusion or electro-fusion guaranteeing a reliable, secure union and thus totally hermetic
Chemical resistance
Pipes are inert to a wide variety of chemicals because they are not affected by natural substances found in the subsoil; they are not degradable: they are not electrically conductive; do not rust or corrode.
Resistance to compression
Based on their strength and great flexibility, the pipes can be compressed without affecting their physical or mechanical properties, giving resistance to additional mechanics to the cables installed inside the pipe.
